Do you know visualization? Of course, people know visualization one way or another. It is what we do to plan things. This is how we expect things to happen. Visualization is one of the powerful methods to make our conscious mind knows what to prepare to meet what is going to happen. Anyway, regular and casual visualization does not have much power to bear the fruits of success. We therefore need to learn how to make powerful visualization. 2. Visualize regularly

3. Visualize in an appropriate environment
Make visualization in a quiet and peaceful environment. You may want to add background audio which is specially designed for visualization purpose. Affirmation To Your Success And The Law of Attraction

Affirmation is one of the ways to make your subconscious mind realizing what you want. Apart from visualization, affirmation is a powerful tool that you can use to achieve your goals. By visualization, you can have your subconscious mind attract the circumstances and attributes into your life by the law of attraction. By affirmation with intense feeling, you reinforce powerful beliefs that support your actions toward goals achievement. In this article, we will talk about the characteristics of affirmation and how you can make use of it.

In order to gain its power, every working affirmation needs to have three characteristics. There are three P in the formula. When you have these three P, your affirmation will work efficiently. Without them, you will not be successful with the affirmation. The three P include:

Personalization
Your affirmation need to be for yourself. It can not be for any other person. It has to have the word “I” as the center of the meaning. Here are some examples of the affirmation:
“Everyday and in every way, I feel better and better”. “I weigh seventy Kilograms.” “I feel terrific.” “I like myself.”

Positive
You can not say negative sentence like “I am not smoking anymore.” The subconscious mind can not receive negative message. You need to use positive sentence. In this example, you can use “I am non-smoker.” Or “I eat only healthy, nutritious food.” It is essential to know that only positive sentences work. Otherwise, you will waste time incanting what that does not work.

Present tense
The affirmation can not be in future tense which most people like to use. Although, the fact is that we can not achieve what we want at this moment, we need to pretend that it is already materialized right here, right now in front of our eyes. For example, if we aim for a new car within a couple of months, we will not say “I will have a new Mercedez in November.” Instead, we should say “I have a new Mercedez.” Or we can say “I earn one hundred thousand dollars a year.” Make an affirmation in a present tense is the right way to make what you want happens.

Apart from the three P, you need to know that affirmation alone does not work well without intense emotion onto it. Tony Robbins called the affirmation with high intensity of emotion plus the movement in the physical body “incantation”. It is like we incant out loud in our heart and soul. The combination of the three will make our mind totally believe that our goals have already been accomplished in front of us. Whatever we believe with intense emotion, it will become our reality. Therefore, think of your posture when you make each affirmation. Feel the certainty that it will happen, it will unavoidably happen.

You can do visualization separately from your affirmation. Visualization will help enhancing the power of the law of attraction since it is the direct communication to your subconscious mind. Take around five to fifteen minutes to do the affirmation daily. Take another thirty minutes to visualize. Take massive actions. What you aim for will not be far away.

Forgiveness and The Law of Attraction

In order to attract what you want into your life, you need to learn to harness the principle of forgiving. You need to know to whom to forgive and how to forgive. Once you have proceeded to forgive, you will gain more inner power in yourself. Your attitude toward life will be totally different. In this article, we will talk about forgiveness and the law of attraction.Psychologists mentioned that human development happens since we were born. Everybody acts to others and is acted by others. Therefore all of us affected one another. A lot of those actions cause positive developments. On the other hand, some actions cause serious effects to other people’s life. We are no exclusion. A lot of our negative attitude and personal characters are formed from the bad deeds of others. This is unavoidable.

When we ponder to ourselves about the past, we sometime thought about negative events in our life and blame it on others. This is not really useful. We know that but we can not resist thinking about it because the bad feeling, toward those people, persists. The bad feeling form us negative attitude toward life. If we focus on negative feelings, we will attract negative things into our lives according to the law of attraction. This is why we need to practice forgiveness. Forgiving will erase all negative feelings toward others.Brian Tracy mentioned in this book “Maximum Achievement” that there are three groups of people that you need to forgive including:

Your parents
Human character was formed in their early life. What happened in their childhood can cause both positively and negatively. A lot of time, parents made mistakes and left the scare on the child’s life. The child becomes the grown-up who is upset with what their parents did to them. His view of the world was distorted by this inside pain formed by their parents. The pain will be lessen or even disappeared when he forgive his parents. Whatever they do had passed. The fact is that they keep us survive until we can take care of ourselves.

You don’t have to tell your parents in order to forgive them. Just forgive them for all bad things that they did to you in your mind. You will feel more power when you have done this.

Everyone else
All people that have done bad things to us must be forgiven in this process. It will free our mind if we learn not to be vindictive. Whatever they do is already the past. You can continue your life without those negative feelings toward them. There is no use to remember how bad it is. Forgive them and you will free yourself. You do not have to even like them. We know that a lot of them may be very bad people but it has nothing to do with us. They are there at that point in the past to teach us some lesson and go.

Yourself
A lot of time we made mistakes. This is how we learn and grow up. Many people suffer thinking about their own mistakes that lead themselves to the undesired condition. We definitely did not intend to hurt ourselves but a lot of time these mistakes just happened. Let it go and forgive ourselves.

Visualize that you have already forgiven others and yourself. Feel the joy and freedom you have from the process. When you visualize, you will attract the favorable situation into your life according to the law of attraction. Your forgiving process will be performed a lot easier.

Meditation And The Law of Attraction

In eastern world, meditation is the common way to enhance your spiritual power. It is the way that you can find the peace in your mind. In Buddhism, mediation is one of the ways to create wisdom. You can use this wisdom to ponder how the world goes. If you have practice meditation enough, in the right way, of course. It can lead you to the status of nirvana or blissful happiness. In this article, we will talk about simple meditation and how you can apply it with the law of attraction.1. What is meditation
The definition of meditation given in Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English is
1 The act or time of meditating. 2 The practice of training the mind and body to become less active for a certain regular periods especially so as to be able to think deep religious thoughts. 3 A piece of deep thought on a subject, expressed in speech or writing.

To meditate is to think seriously or deeply or to fix the attention on one idea or activity, having cleared the mind of thoughts especially for religious reasons and/or to gain a calm peaceful mind.

To conclude in easy word, meditation is to think only just one thing at the time for a certain period of time.2. How to meditate
You can stand or sit or even lie down. In the end your position is not what matters, it is your mind. Anyway, in eastern world, we normally suggest sitting is the best posture to meditate. We normally sit on the floor since it is the most comfort way in our culture. You, however, can sit on the chair if you like. We sit on the floor with one of the leg on top of the other. Then we place both of our hands on the lap. You can see as shown in the illustration picture. Then focus on your breathing. When you inhale, you could one. Notice the air flows into your nostril. Count two when you exhale. Notice when the air flows out. Make sure that the place you practice this is quiet and without any interruption so that you can focus. Do not move although there is tendency that you want to. Ignore it. Just focus on your breathing. Start with just simple fifteen minutes and then make it longer as time goes by. Many practiced people can meditate for many hours or even days.

3. What are the benefits of meditation
You will have more peace in your mind. If you do it right, you will have better temper. You will not get angry that easily. You can focus more in life and in work. If you practice long enough, you will understand life better. You will know when to focus and what to focus on. In the end, you will be happier.

4. How it is related to the law of attraction
The law of attraction is about the focus you have. If you focus on your goals seriously enough, your subconscious mind will attract what you want into your life. The way to make your subconscious mind knows that you are serious on your goals is to visualize what you want as it is accomplished. Visualization is another form of meditation. When you are good at meditation, you will also be good at visualization. Your attraction will be better.

Why don’t people set goals

We all know that goals are important. Goals are our drives and direction. Then, why are so few people have goals? There are a few reasons to answer that including:1. They are not serious.
They mostly talk but do not do what they have to do. They want more success. They want to improve their lives. But they do not intend to put any effort that is necessary into it. They have no inner fire or passion to change what they want into reality.
The only way that you can tell who is serious is by their actions not what they say. The result does not come from what they say or what they intend to do or wish to do. But with what they do is the measurement of their seriousness.

Your value and beliefs will always reflect in your behavior. What you do is more valuable than what you say but do not do it. An action taker is ten times more valuable than a talker who does nothing.

2. They are not ready to take responsibility of their life.
Until people decide to rely on themselves, they will not be ready to set their own goals. The person who is not responsible is the one who is still waiting for their life to really start. These people always find the good excuses for themselves for all the failures they encounter.3. They secretly feel guilty and are disappointed in themselves.
They feel the lack of value in themselves. This feeling has implanted in their mind and they do not know how to solve it. The one who suffers this low self-image will not be able to set the goals and look at the future. These people were raised in the negative environment. This is the reason why they view themselves as not good enough for achieving anything. When this feeling dwells deep down inside their mind, they secretly deny the process of goal setting.

4. They don’t know how to set goals.
We do not have goals setting class in schools. We learn all type of knowledge but how to set goals in college. The most common mistake is that most people thought that they have already set goals while the reality is that what they have is just a series of dreams or wishes.

5. They have fear of rejection or fear of failure.
People are afraid of being criticized when they speak out their goals. They are afraid of being rejected by the people around them when they learn the ambitious goals. Therefore, there is a technique that you should share your goals only to the ones that have their own goals. Otherwise, you should keep your goals a secret.

6. They come from a family who do not see the value of goals.
Family is the source of our mould. If we come from a family who do not care about goals, do not talk about or have the goals, the chance that we will have goals of our own will be small.

Despite the importance of goals, only a handful of people set goals. This article talks about why a lot of people do not have goals.

Beliefs and the Law of Attraction

We all have beliefs. All the beliefs we have are from how we have been taught and from the experience that we have from the past. We us our beliefs to set up our own rules. By these rules, we use it in order to decide what to feel when certain things happen. And we all know that human being is driven by how he feels. Emotion controls whether we can perform better or poorly in the real situation.

Therefore, beliefs are one of the most important tools that we can use in order to achieve what we want in our lives.Some of these beliefs give us power. We can believe that we can be successful. We believe that we are a good people. We believe that there is always way to be better. We believe that we can aim for a better standard. We believe that with the potentials we have, we can be or do anything in life. All these beliefs are called “ empowering beliefs”. In this article, we will talk about the beliefs and how to make use of it by the law of attraction.

The other beliefs are the ones that do not provide us the encouragement. These beliefs are the contrary to the first ones. A lot of these beliefs are not true but we do not notice that. Some of these beliefs are very general. For example, many people believe that rich people are all bad and like to take advantage of others. If you have this belief, you will have very small chance to succeed financially. Because you have already set up the wall between you and the wealth, this belief is now dis-empowering you. This is why we call this type of belief the “ disempowering belief”.We are determined by the belief we have. When you have negative emotion toward something, I bet you have disempowering belief on that. Whether this belief is true is not relevant. If your spouse show some expression that you do not like, you may believe that she or he is trying to insult you. This belief is not giving you power at all. You have to rethink and find the new belief which give you power, the empowering belief.

The law of attraction mentions clearly that you are what you think most of the time. You attract what you aim for into your life. If you always have dis-empowering beliefs, we will mostly think negatively. Is this, therefore, unavoidable that you attract negative things and events into your life. In order to correct it, you will have to change your thinking pattern. By asking “ why do I fee this?”, you will find out that your negative emotion, whatever it is, comes from a certain set of beliefs. It is not difficult to guess that those beliefs are the disempowering one.In order to change the dis-empowering beliefs, we can simply ask ourselves “what else could this mean?”

Once you ask this question, a new set of beliefs arise for you to make use of. We then can have new way of thinking pattern. If we practice this long enough, it will become our habit to investigate our beliefs when there is negative feeling. We will start to have less negative feeling. We will attract better life if we feel good most of the time.

Beliefs are what we have to help us determine what to feel. This article reveals the types of beliefs that can give us power or deplete us power. Also, how to law of attraction is related to them.

When to give up and the law of attraction

We may have heard that the successful people do not easily give up on what they aim to do. Once they have set their goals, they determine to achieve them no matter how challenging the situation will be. However, we see a lot of people who put their efforts on the wrong activities. We see them stubbornly attached to the wrong things until the last day of their life. These people’ names of course were not listed in the history and therefore are not recognized by us. But we know that they were such people in the history. They are also in the present.We are like many people around us who are afraid of losing time and resources on the wrong thing and will get nothing in the end. This article will reveal the pitfalls that most people have. And how we can apply the law of attraction to what we aim for without failing.We need to understand one thing that despite all different backgrounds and environment, every human being has one thing in common. We all have fears. Fear is one of the tools to protect us from danger. The danger can even cause us life in the past. Therefore fear is not a bad thing and we can not totally erase it from our daily life. The successful and brave people are the ones who know how to deal with it not the ones who do not have it. The two fears that people have and make them quit before the suitable time are:

1. Fear of rejection
Human is a social animal. We rely on the group and can not avoid being in one, at least. Therefore, one of the major concerns that human have toward the group is that other members in the group may not be happy with what they do. We are therefore afraid of rejection by others. The fear of rejection is the main reason why we do not dare to exert more effort and aim for a better life. We are afraid that our ambition will be discouraged by other people especially the people in our group.2. Fear of failure
Failure hurts. May be it does not hurt physically but it definitely hurts mentally. We feel painful when we fail on any mission. The pain lingers in our mind and we dare not to venture on doing anything. This is the reason that we dare not to start taking action since we are afraid that we will fail.The two types of fear make us concern on our action. They make us not believe that we will definitely achieve our goals. Therefore we are afraid that our effort will be useless. We will feel uncertain on what we are doing or what we are going to do. As a result, doubt overcomes us. We start to think that taking action is too risky. Stay put at where we are may be a better choice. This always happens even after we have started moving toward goals. Then giving up comes as our choice. We will ask ourselves “ why don’t we stop this and go back to where we start. It is safer there.” Certainty is one of human major needs. Giving up provide us certainty that we have no risk at the moment.But how do we know that what we do is correct. How to know that we are on the right track and will not waste all we have on the thing that we may not be able to achieve. Despite all the efforts we have put, we may not achieve it, right? A lot of people fail, why should we be able to achieve it? If you have these questions, giving up will come and you will definitely choose it. Successful people will not give up their goals. They will not have these questions in the mind. The fact that other people fail or succeed has nothing to do with their success. We control our thought. The law of attraction comes here as if we totally believe that we will achieve our goals. We visualize and see we are successful in our inner eyes. We will attract what is necessary to help us achieve what we want.

Of course, we can change our approach not goals. Approach is how you do to be closer to your goals. You will not doubt if you are going to achieve what you want. You only think of how. The different between giving up and changing the approach is the first is to stop thinking about goals. The latter is to find another way to achieve your goals. The latter will give you more power and determination.

In conclusion, successful people do not give up and you must not do that. You must determine to pursue what you want until you get it. The change of approach is possible and you should do it if necessary.

Nobody wants to give up. However, a lot of people can not force themselves to continue working toward their goals. This article talks about when you should give up and the law of attraction.

The Power of Visualization

Visualization is a way to communicate with your subconscious mind. It makes subconscious mind acknowledges what you visualize. Then the subconscious mind will attract all the situations and attributes favorable to achieving what you visualize. In this article, we will talk about how important visualization is and also the power of visualization.You are the owner of the mind power. This power is unlimited. When you start to change the picture in your inner mind, the picture in the outer world for you will also be changed accordingly.Visualization is the stimulant of the attraction. It can attract people, situation, and all attributes which you want to achieve your goals into your life.In addition, visualization is also one of the ways to follow the law of relevancy. It says “what is inside, so is outside”. When you change the pictures in your brain, your outside world will change and follow it like the mirror. You are what you think most of the time. You will be like what you visualize yourself.Wyne Dyer said “When you see it, you will believe it.” Jim Danchat said “you are who you think you are.” Denis Westley said “The picture you see in your brain is the trailer pictures of your following life.”

Albert Einstine said “Imagination is more important than the truth”. Napoleon Bonapard said “imagination conquer the world.” Napoleon Hill said “Whatever the mind can think and conceive, it can be achieved.”

When you realize the importance of visualization, you will know that using visualization will enhance your possibility of success according to the law of attraction.

How To Find Your Talent and Gifts

Most of people do not like their job. Yet they can not make a decision what to do to replace what they are doing. If you want to be passionate on your living, you need to find out what you enjoy doing. Because if you like what you do, you will be good at it. Then you will enjoy the result you get. The point is how to find your gifts. I read a book written by Brian Tracy. The book “Goals!” has given eight ways to decide which area you can be good at. These effective methods include:1. You are happy doing it and you get a satisfactory result.
If you have enough money, you are willing to do this activity without any pay. It will pull out the best part of you. You will get most satisfaction and happiness out of doing it. When these things happen when you perform an activity, bear in mind that this may be the one activity that you should do for your living.

2. You are good at it.
Definitely, when we are good at something, we will like to do it a lot. We will not mind if there is a temporary failure or not. We just enjoy doing it because we feel good at ourselves while doing it.3. Up to now, this is what you are successful at.
In comparison to other in the field, if you think that so far you can do a lot better than others despite all the conditions, this may be the field that you should jump into. You can notice from the admiration and compliments from others started from your childhood. What is the area that you have the compliments the most?4. It is easy for you to learn new things about it.
You don’t mind to have to study and practice more on this field. It is easy for you to try and do the activity despite the fact that you just do this for the first time. Sometime you didn’t notice that you have learned new things about it, suddenly you just found out that you can do it and do it well.

5. It attracts you.
When you pass by anything about it, you stop and want to know what’s going on. You are fascinated by involving in it. You like to think about it, read it and talk about it. You want to do the research on the topic. It attracts you like the fire attracts the moth.

6. You love to know more or learn more about it.
You know that continuous education is essential for personal growth. However, not many people are really serious on learning more about everything. There is only a certain area that you will love to learn and not mind working hard on it. You have a secret hope in your mind that you want to be excellent in this field.

7. Time stops, when you do it.
It is so pleasurable doing it that you forget the time. You can be absorbed by the subject for a long time. You can do it without sleep or eat. Hours by hours, you still do it because you enjoy doing it so much.

8. You admire others who are excellent in this field.
When you meet some experts in the area, you will be eager to meet them and want them to share their experience with you. You want to be like them and you want to model them.

The Law of Attraction and How to Be Satisfactory in Life

Yesterday, I went to have dinner with a nice couple from overseas. The couple include Nigel from UK and his wife, Fee, from Malaysia. Nigel and I are under the same mentorship of a reputable internet entrepreneur, Stephen Pierce. They were on the way to their vacation in Middle East. They dropped by to see us during their transit. My wife and I went to pick them up at the airport. We had dinner together at a Thai restaurant called ” The Swamp” in the suburb of Bangkok.From the conversation over the dinner table, I later found out that both of them are a very knowledgeable people and we enjoyed their company a lot. Nigel also runs his own site at http://www.nigelpendrigh.com/blog.He has a lot of knowledge on the law of attraction and he also has his book on the topic of “Living with Abundance”. Fee also has been helping Anthony Robbins on his seminars and is now one of the speakers there. They are very polite and courteous to all people including the valets, boat rower or waitresses. I learn that being nice to people can also lead you to admiration.

We started from just a small talk and went on to the field of personal development. The subjects of discussion went on and on. Anyway, we can conclude that the meeting is a memorable one. This reminds me of one of the law of attraction’s rule. The law of attraction can lead you to meet the people or circumstances that are in harmony with your goals. I think meeting them both gave us the opportunity to understand that some of our approaches need to be fine-tuned. We also talked about the persistence and how many people can be successful with their stamina and consistency on doing what they need to do.The law of attraction can also lead you to meet the people who have similar concepts or idea and give you more power on your journey. We can meet the people of similar beliefs and values. Believe me, it is a lot more fun to talk to the people who share the similar view than to the people who are totally opposite to us.After the night, I visualize to meet more of these people. The people who can inspire us to strive to the next level will one of the forces for our progress. Although external environments can only affect our lives if we let them, they can also be a great influence if we know how to use it. What happen in our mind can be led by the selected information we receive from others. We need to make sure that we choose the right source of information.I came back and listened to Attraction Accelerator and imagine the day that I can contribute my best effort and resources to the world. I imagine the smiley faces of the people I will meet when that happens. Success starts within your mind and I now realize that how is that like.I would also like to close this article with the quote of a reputable author “Brian Tracy”:

“There is virtually nothing you cannot accomplish if you want it long enough and badly enough, and you are will to work hard enough.”
