Seven Keys to More Energy and Vitality

Whether we are healthy is indicated by two factors. These are the level of our energy and vitality. Both are important for our daily life. 1. Have light and nutritional breakfast

4. Drink enough water

Drink some herbal tea can be a good idea especially some green tea without sugar. Avoid brew because it can harm your brain and liver.

5. Keep your weight at the optimal level
Have your body mass index (BMI) measured and evaluated. BMI is calculated using the following formula:
BMI = Body Weight in Kilogram divided by the square of Height in Meters.

The optimal BMI is at 18-23.
If your BMI is too high or too low, you need to control your weight until you reach the optimal level. Keep your weight in proper ratio with height will give you more agility and vitality.

6. Exercise three times a week
Exercise is very important especially in the contemporary lifestyle. Do it everyday or at least three times a week. Why can’t I succeed like other people do?

Many people may have had this wound in their mind and ask this question. Why can’t I be like other successful people who are so lucky to enjoy wealth and happiness? They do not seem to be so smart, good looking or even nice. But how come they get all those assets that we yearn for? What is wrong with me and what is right with them? How can we get those lucks that they have so that we can enjoy all the wealth that they do?

If you are honest to yourself, you may have had this type of questions come up to your mind at least once. The interesting part is that most people have this come up and never bother to really find the answers. In that case, they may not really want to know. And they will never really find answers that may be helpful to the progress in their life. “Seek and you will find” said the bible. There are many factors that make people not successful. Here are some major ones:

How to Keep Your Discipline to Success

When people decide to do something, only a handful of them continue doing that until they get the result they want. Why do people lack discipline in doing what they are supposed to do? What prevent them from keeping their goal and dream? In this article we will talk about how to be discipline ourselves and learn how to keep it all our lives.

Five Thinking To Pursue Your Success

Human is a creature that needs to rely on his own thought. One of greatest discovery in human mind is that we are the products of our own thinking. We are what we think most of the time. What we say, do or have is the reflection of our inner mind. If we want to see good result in our life, we need to start within our thinking and change it into the way we want first. Once we can master our way of thinking, we can master our destiny.

When you want to start doing something, you start thinking first. Your thoughts are the sources of your performance. The good news is you can control it if you practice. 1. Think that you like yourself. You need to like yourself in order to be successful. This is when we like ourselves, our self esteem goes up. You will feel more excited toward what you want. Practice every morning in front of the mirror. You will see that you can not say “I like myself” ten times in front of the mirror without smiling. This is the power of liking oneself. 2. Think that you were born with a purpose. Belief that you are not placed here in this world aimlessly. Although, you may not know your purpose now, it will come. Believe in your inner power which waits to be used. Think of your mission what to become and contribute to this world.

3. Think that you are lucky to be where you are. Acknowledge your luck and feel thankful about it. The feeling of gratitude is one of the most important qualities of every successful and wealthy people. No matter in what situation you are, you are lucky to be there. No matter how much you have, you are lucky to have that. Thank all the sources that make you here in this very moment. Feeling grateful will lead your mind to courage. You will not be scared to explore new opportunity or new ventures. You will not fear of anything if you are in your grateful mode.

4. Think that there is no failure. No real failure will happen unless you quit on doing that. As long as you keep on doing it, the result has not materialized. You have not failed at all. There is no failure but only temporary setback which happens to every body. Do not get what you want from your attempt is part of the learning process. And we are here to learn. We are here to become more than when we were put in this world. Understanding this process is the top quality of the innovators, inventors or achievers. They know that when they start doing something, there is a high chance that they do not have that in their attempts. But they know that if they keep going without being discouraged by the results. They will finally get what they want. And so will you.

5. Think that you will be successful. To have faith in your self is one of the keys to success. You need to know inside that you are something. You need to believe that you will not be less than what you can be. Your potential can be much more with this thinking.

How To Have Real Goals in Life

One of the challenges that people have is to find out what they really want in life. We can say that we all want happiness. But it will be hard when we are asked to define what our happiness is. The point is if we do not really have a clear picture on what we want, we will not get it. Although most people know this deduction, still very few people dare to come out with specific goals to pursue. This separates the rich and the poor, the success and the loser. In this article, we will talk about how to find out your ultimate goals.

The real goal must have some qualities that motivate us. It must be in the area that we have passion on. It has to be able to keep us working all night long without any complaint. It should be in line with our inner values and makes us perform our actions without any conflict in our mind. It must be possible and achievable so that our brain accepts it as what we can do. How are we going to get this real goal in life? Come and explore what you need to do.

1. Imagine that you can only live for the next six months with excellent health. What will you set out to do during this time? What will you start or stop to do if you know that you have very limited time to live? List out all the things you want to do in this situation.

2. Imagine that money is no concern for you. You have just won a prize of ten millions dollars and do not have to worry about money any longer. What will you plan to do? What will you start or stop doing if this happens? Write down your actions under this assumption.

3. Imagine that there is a Ginnie comes out of a bottle. He allows you to ask for anything that you wish. What will you ask for him? Write down all you want him to give to you. You should not ask only what he can give but also who he can make you become. Who you want to become if you can be anything? What do you want to do?

The three scenarios will reveal your true values and desires. With no limitation or logical thinking, you allow yourself to explore into your real inner mind and dig out what you really want. Compare your three lists and see what come out as dominant categories on your lists. Highlight them and put them on a separate sheet of paper. Ask yourself which category is the most important thing you would want to have if your life is perfect.

Set up the priority for those dominant categories that you have. The very first rank in your new list may be your ultimate goal. Ask yourself why you really want this. What will you feel if you make this happens? And if it doesn’t come out that way, what will happen to you? What will you feel? If your answer is yes, and you really want it, it’s time to explore more on your reasons. Some time these reasons were masked by the disempowering beliefs from yourself or from the people surrounding you. Or they are overshadowed by your fear of failure. This is normal for everybody. The point is all those beliefs and fear are somehow from the poor assumptions of yours. They may come from the failure in the past or the failure of other people. All those experiences are not relevant to what you are looking at right now.

We need to release those beliefs and fears before we consider what we want most in life. Once we can do that. The clearest picture of our future will materialize.

Seven Tips to Not Give Up on Doing Anything

One of the most tragic events in life is that a lot of people give up just only an inch before they achieve their winning line. When we start doing something we start with hope. We start with wish that we will finish what we mean to do and will enjoy the results we want. However, we get discouraged when we see no result after we have been doing that for a few times. This depends on people. Some give up when they almost achieve it. Some give up when they have done that for a couple of times. Surprisingly, a lot of people give up when they haven’t even start. Here are some tips that may be useful for the ones who don’t want to quit.

1. Set up your goal and know why you want it. This is very fundamental and essential to the process of success. You need to know where you are going and why you go there. No meaning or motivation will be in your mind if you don’t. Also, we need the time frame for your goal so that we do not wander aimlessly.

2. Know what we have to do in order to achieve it. We need some action plans in order to bear the result. Set up your yearly, monthly and daily plan for your implementation. We will not achieve anything if our plan is in the air. Write it down and pursue what we need to do.

3. Mingle with the achievers. Surround yourselves with the person who has his own goal. If you can not immediately find real people, you may use books, tapes, CD or movie as your reference for success. Find anything that can inspire you to keep going. 4. Avoid talking to negative sources of comments. Refuse to accept the opinions that you can not do it. No matter how much sleep you have, you still think that it is not enough. Besides, when you feel awake, you can not focus so long. Only just a few minutes, your mind wanders away from what you focus and think of something else. This affects your performance both in job and in life. Before going to how to get more energy and focus, we need to understand the sources of those two attributes. They are physical and psychological. Both involve in our daily activities. We need to improve the relevant factors in these two areas in order to get more energy and focus. The factors include:

Physical

Take care of your health. Sick body can lead to sick mind and vice versa. Since body is our tool that can most easily noticed, we can easily check out our condition. If we get ill so often, we may want to look at the cause of illness. Many people blame the problem on the environment or the genetic conditions. Those that they can not correct will not be an effective excuse. A lot of illness is self-made both intentionally and unintentionally. Learn how to not get sick is to notice your behavior at your healthy period. What do you do during that time and what you think is the behavior that is conducive to your health. On the other hand, notice what make you ill and take note of that. Test your right behavior pattern and see how you feel. Keep record on your progress and keep on testing until you find out the most practical and energetic behaviors.

Take care of your nutrition. Food is an unavoidably important source of energy. Unfortunately a lot of our favorite food is not so favorable to our energetic condition. We need to learn how to practice our healthy nutrition by choosing the right food for example
• Having low calorie food. Avoid fast food that has high fat content.
• Minimizing the consumption of sweet stuff. Try not to have candy, cake or ice cream. Those are the source of your energy depletion mechanism. Once you can omit those sweets, you will gain back a lot of your energy during the day.
• Having a lot of high fiber food include fresh vegetables. High fiber product will improve your absorption of nutrition and reduce your blood cholesterol level. Your digestion and excretion systems will significantly improve with high fiber food.
• Having enough water. Water can come from the fresh water you drink and from your food. You should have high water content food for example some of the fruits and vegetables. Water melon or cantaloupe can be a good example of such fruits. In addition, we need to drink at least two liters of fresh water daily. This means eight glasses of water at least per day. For some people, this may be difficult but it is essential. Water will help your metabolism process and releasing toxin in your body out.
• Having high anti-oxidant products by consuming various vegetables and fruits that have different colors. Anti-oxidant is necessary for our energy since it reduces free radicals in the body. Free radicals are basically bad molecules that we get from self-made process, food and environment.

Take care of your exercise. We can not too much emphasize the importance of exercise. Exercise will increase your level of Oxygen delivery and excretion of the waste in your blood system. Make sure that you schedule your life with enough exercise. The best scenario is twenty to thirty minutes everyday. If you have difficulty for doing that, make it every other day is the minimal.

Psychological

Your energy and focus depend a lot on your mind. Practice the following will help boosting your mind and focus.
• Having positive affirmation. You can give yourself a boost by choosing the right words and repeatedly say to yourself. Something likes “Yes! I am the best.” Or “Everyday, in every way I am feeling better and better.” Doing this for a few times every morning will significantly improve your life in term of energy and focus.
• Having your goal set and plan implemented. This is a major way to focus. You need to know what you want and how to get there. Every moment you focus on your achievement. Have a reminder carried around with you or posted at your working place will significantly affect your performance.

How to Write Journal to Success

Success is a journey. It is not the result that we expect to enjoy. Neither is it the feeling when you receive what you want. But instead it is the joy you have while pursuing you goal. It happens in every moment you have with your persistent in your actions. This may sound hard to believe but it is the real event that had happened to millions of successful people. How do they do that? You may be curious to know the techniques they used. You may want explore the feeling of accomplishment when the results has not yet materialized. In this article, we will talk about one of the crucial ingredients that successful people must have in order to maintain their positive attitude. No matter how tough the situation will be. They can still maintain their unwavering actions toward their goal.
